The guide walks alongside his/her client to help them avoid the pitfalls and misdirections of the pathway. Even the smallest business should outsource certain products or services. Few business have competent internal resources to develop an effective website, for example. Often it makes sense to outsourec bookkeeping or payroll, rather than pay for a full-time bookkeeper for a less-than-full-time task. There are many other examples of areas where business principles or their employees spend excessive hours doing a mediocre job when there are external resources to handle these tasks in a far more effective and efficient way.

Our job is identify suppliers that are capable, compentent and cost-effective for the occasional or routine tasks that can best be handled by outside resources. We sit on the same side of the table as our clients helping them determine the need and the appropriate budget available to solve the needs they have identified. We then assist in the selection and negotiation of the contract, along with the deliverable timelines and quality metrics.
